1. Location

Our shop is located in Manchester, UK. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner.

2. Shipping Methods

We use two primary methods for shipping:

**Royal Mail UK**: This method is used for goods that are delivered directly within the UK. As we are based in Manchester, we utilize Royal Mail UK for efficient domestic delivery.

**International Shipping from Hong Kong**: For goods stored in our Hong Kong warehouse, we ship directly from Hong Kong to the customer's location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs and distance.

Please note that shipping times may vary and are only estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
